VISITATION: 11 AM WEDNESDAY UNTIL SERVICE TIME
Salvatore M. Lembo, Jr., age 79, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 at Woodland Village Nursing Center in Diamondhead. Visitation is 11 am Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Services are 1 pm Wednesday at the funeral home with burial in Lingle Cemetery in Smith County. Rev. Keith Westbrook will officiate.
Sal was a native of New York and a longtime resident of the Jackson area. He was a member of Holy Savior Catholic Church in Clinton and had worked in sales for over 40 years. Sal was very active for many years in coaching youth baseball and was also active in bowling.
Survivors include his sons, Mike Lembo (Jennifer) of Diamondhead, Chris Lembo (Lori) of McKinney, TX; daughter, Susan Lembo of New Jersey; sister, Rose Mooney of Astoria, New York; grandchildren, Mary Ashton Lembo, Sharon Lembo, Nick Lembo and Michael Lembo. Sal was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Lembo in 2010.
