Samuel "Ray" Ragan Necaise

Mr. Samuel Ragan Necaise, age 57, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016 at his residence in Pelahatchie, MS. There will be a Memorial Service given by the family at a later date. Samuel was born to his parents Alfred Harmon and Carmen Leonode "Copeland" Ragan, Jr., on August 16, 1958 in Morton, MS. He was a Cross Country Driver for Tatum Trucking, LLC, and he love to hunt, fish, playing dominoes and cards, cooking and gardening. He loved his family and special sister Linda and his special friend Loraine Lantrip. He was a member of Pelahatchie Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Alfred Harmon & Carmen Ragan, Jr.; his step-dad, Percy Glenn Necaise; sisters, Jeanette Ragan Grimes and Sandra Ragan; and his grandparents. Samuel was survived by his sisters, Linda Ragan Giles of Uriah, AL, Brenda Ragan Nalepa (Norman) of Pensacola, MS, Pat Ragan Ferguson (Robert) of Vancleave, MS; and his brother, Harmon Ragan (Patti) of West Monroe, MS; his aunt, Gloria Cooper; numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and a host of family and friends. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS.
