Sara Elizabeth Landes, 36, passed away Sun. Nov. 20, 2016 in Brandon, MS. Memorial services will be held at 1pm on Wed. Nov. 23, 2016 at Pinehaven Presbyterian Church in Clinton, MS. Graveside services will be held at 11am on Fri. Nov. 25, 2016 at the Arlington Cemetery in El Dorado, AR. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS handled the arrangements.
Sara was born in El Dorado, AR and has been a resident of Brandon, MS since 2009. She was a member of Pinehaven Presbyterian Church in Clinton, MS and she enjoyed painting, playing the guitar and reading her bible.
She is survived by her mother and step father, Sue and Richard Bohnen; father, Gerald W. Hayes; maternal grandmother, Joy Crick; two sisters, Carmen Cook (Robert) and Tammy Reap (Chris); two brothers, Trent Atkinson and Michael Bohnen (Lauren) and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Sara is preceded in death by her sister, Christy Bohnen; maternal grandfather, William M. Crick and her paternal grandparents, Elmer Hayes and Mildred Lane Hayes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pinehaven Presbyterian Church at 2001 Pinehaven Dr, Clinton, MS 39056.
