Sharon Thompson

Sharon Jeannie Thompson, 59, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019 at her home. Funeral services will be held 2 pm Friday, February 1, 2019 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS will interment in Brandon Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held from 12-2 pm Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Thompson was born April 30, 1959 to Frederick and Vassie Allen Serra. She was married to Charles Thompson. She was a retail property manager before becoming disabled. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family, friends and especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Thompson and her parents, Frederick Serra and Vassie Allen Serra.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by her son, Daniel (Shannon) Boone; her daughter, Chasity Boone; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Roger Blake and Joseph (Linda) Hayes; sister, Patricia Smith; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
