Shelly Lee Crotwell Chase, 37, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016. Visitation will be 5-8 Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Services are 2pm Wednesday, September 21, 2016, in the chapel of the funeral home with visitation starting 1pm prior. Interment will follow in May Cemetery in Rankin County.
Ms. Chase was born on November 30, 1978 to John Crotwell and Kathy Floyd and was a member of Star Baptist Church. She was a member of the Rankin County Riding Club, NBHA and Central MS Riding Club. She loved horses, hunting and working on her place Freedom Farms. Shelly was a child of God and a loving mother.
Survivors include her sons, John Walter Chase and Colton Lee Chase; mother, Kathy Floyd; father, John Crotwell; sisters, Mary Tutor (Mark) and Amy Moore (Chris); nieces, Brianna Tucker, Layla Crotwell and Zoe Tutor; and nephews, Kendall Tucker, Jake Tutor and Daven Moore. She was preceded in death by Frances and Clarence Tannehill and Erby and Mary Floyd.
