Sherry Robbins, age 64, a resident of Morton passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.  Visitation will be 11:00am-1:45pm Thursday, January 28, 2021 under the Portico at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.  Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday at Hodge Hill Cemetery in Morton.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.

Sherry was born in Scott County on August 13, 1956.  She loved listening to music and her favorite shows to watch on tv were Wheel of Fortune and Let’s Make a Deal.  Sherry was very involved with the activities at the United Methodist Church in Morton until her health failed her.  She had a big heart and loved talking to people.   She was a resident at Mississippi Care Center, and she could be seen riding the halls in her wheelchair laughing and trying to put a smile on the resident’s face.  Sherry loved her family and will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Dempsey Robbins; parents, Cap W. Faulkner and Polly Allen Faulkner and brother, Bill Faulkner.

She is survived by her children, Lauren Robbin Weems (Chris) of Morton and Jay Robbins (Allison) of Morton; sister, Suzanne Owens (Eugene) of Morton; 2 grandchildren, Rylie Lucroy and Camden Dempsey Weems; nephew, Christopher Coley (Kristen) and a host of friends.
