Shirley Ann Wiseman Chapman

Shirley Ann Wiseman Chapman went to her eternal home on February 13, 2025 at her residence surrounded by love.

Graveside service will be held 2pm Monday, February 17, 2025 at Morton Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton is honored to serve the Chapman family.

Shirley was born in Vardaman, MS, "The Sweet Potato Capital of the World," and was raised in the Baptist faith.  She was God fearing woman that loved her family above anything.   Gran or Momo was another name she loved to be called.  Watching her stories and loving on her dogs, Patty and Fancey was one of her favorite things to do.  

Mrs. Chapman was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Roy Levon Chapman; parents, Bud and Lillian Wiseman; son, Mike Ellison; grandson, Jake Miller and special brother-in-law, John Jasper Adams.

Shirley was survived by her daughters, Donna Howell of Pelahatchie and Miki Miller (Frank) of Morton; sons, Jeff Ellison of Pelahatchie, Harvey Chapman (Paula) of Morton, Milton Chapman (Vicky) of Morton and sister, Margie Wiseman Adams of Vardaman, MS; grandchildren, Jennifer and Tank Dugger, Haley Howell, Wesley Tyler Howell, Josh Miller, Brittney Chapman, Trent Chapman, Chris Reisinger, Wesley Reisinger and Casey Reisinger; great grandchildren, Shelby, Savannah, Brookleigh, Aiden, Braxton, Drew, London, Alyna, Fiona, Layla, Cora, Wes, Miles, Ethan, Gracie and Caylee; a special great great grandaughter, Kya Grace.  

Pallbearers will be Wesley Howell, Tank Dugger, Chris Reisinger and Josh Miller.  Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Howell, Robert Mahoney and Manpreet Kohli.
