Shirley Mcewen

Shirley G. McEwen, 77, passed away Thurs. July 30, 2020 at Brandon Nursing and Rehab Center in Brandon, MS. Visitation was held on Sun. Aug. 2, 2020 from 11:30am-1:30pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Graveside Services followed at 2pm on Sun. Aug. 2, 2020 at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS.

Mrs. McEwen was born on March 11, 1943 in Hammond, LA to the late Ralph and Clara Allison Greenlee. She retired after a 36 year banking career as an Assistant Vice President working for Citizen State Bank (now Priority Bank), Trustmark National Bank and BanCorp South. Mrs. McEwen was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, MS.

Mrs. McEwen is survived by her son, Tony McEwen (Stephanie); two grandchildren, Kayleigh M. McEwen and Kenedy McEwen; two brothers, Billy Greenlee and Bobby Greenlee; brother in law, Joy M. McEwen and a sister in law, JoAnn McEwen. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Gaylon McEwen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Overcomers Sunday School Class at Crossgates Baptist Church at 8 Crosswoods Rd. Brandon, MS 39042.
