Stephen Taylor Jones, 68, passed away on Fri. April 4, 2025 in Brandon, MS. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS handled arrangements.

Mr. Jones was born on Feb. 25, 1957 in Jackson, MS to the late Caley Taylor Jones Jr. and Chesteen Carter Jones. Mr. Jones was a graduate and received a Bachelor Degree from Mississippi State University. He was an active member of Johns Christ Congregational Church in Johns, MS and also enjoyed working with cattle.

He is survived by his three children, Jason Jones (Jamie), Chris Jones (Courtney) and Cayla Burks (Davey); sister, Tanya Harrison (Carl); brother, Tom Jones and six grandchildren, Lana Jones, Macy Jones, Lane Jones, Carter Jones, Ruston Burks and Tucker Burks.
