Steven Charles Eddy, 73, passed away Friday, June 12, 2020, at G. V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS.  Visitation will be 10:30 - 11:45am Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.  Services will follow at 12 Noon in the chapel of the funeral home.  Burial will be in Hebron Cemetery in Brandon, MS.

Mr. Eddy was born in Blythe, CA to Robert and Jean Lasher Eddy on December 22, 1946. He served in the military as a Sergeant in the US Army.  Steven was a member of the American Hunting Club and an avid CB and Ham Radio operator.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially riding them in all-terrain vehicles.

Mr. Eddy was a former sponsor for the Assembly of God Boy’s Club.  He also held office of Deacons and Treasurer in the Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include his wife Rosemarie Eddy; daughters, Cheri Hartzog (Randy) of Florence and Ginamarie Eddy of Rossville, GA; son, Michael Eddy of Byram; brother, Craig Eddy of Middleburg, FL; grandchildren, Dustin Mallory (Berenice), Jonathan Mallory, Ashlyn Rose Smith, Summer Rose  Mallory, Oriana Hartzog and Sarah Hartzog; great grandchildren, Matisyahu Mallory, Abigail Mallory, Willow Mallory and Nicholas Hartzog.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Joseph and Bob Eddy.
