Terri Lee Brown, 53, passed away Friday, December 6, 2013 at her residence. Visitation is 5-8 pm Monday and 9:30 am Tuesday at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Services are 11 am Tuesday at the funeral home with burial in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.

Terri was a lifelong resident of Rankin County. She owned and operated Bud’s and Blossom’s Florist in Pearl for seven years. Later she worked as a Pharmacy Tech at Walmart in Flowood until realizing a longtime dream. That dream involved her graduating from Mississippi College with a degree in education and then becoming a teacher with the Rankin County School District.

Terri had a tremendous love for her family and was deeply loved. She was a very loving companion, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her companion, Damon Christopher Renaldo of Pearl; daughters, Christina Lee Brown of Pearl and Meaghan Amanda Ahlberg (Phillip) of Flowood; father, William Boyd Moss, Sr. (Betty) of Brandon and mother, Virginia Lee Cotten (Wayne) of Terry; grandson, William Hunter Steele of Pearl and future grandson, Philip Camden Ahlberg; brother, William Boyd Moss, Jr. (Carla) of Brandon; step-brothers, Joseph Clifton Cotten (Melissa) of Byram and Michael Kevin Myers (Lynne) of Madison; step sister, Leslie Renee Cotton of Byram.

The family request memorials to Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital, 2500 North State Street, Jackson, MS 39216.
