SERVICES: 1 PM WEDNESDAY AT OTT AND LEE FUNERAL HOME IN BRANDON
VISIT: 5:30-7:30 PM TUESDAY AT OTT AND LEE IN BRANDON
Terry W. Melton, Sr., 54, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Crossgates River Oaks Hospital. Visitation will be Tuesday, March19, 2013 from 5:30 until 7:30 pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.
Terry was a past Boy Scout Leader, Youth baseball Coach and Volunteer fireman with the City of Brandon. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and participating in their school activities.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Melton and a brother, Randy Jo Melton.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Penney Smith Melton; two sons, T. J. Melton (Joy) and Corey Melton (Samantha); a sister, Debbie Hood; brother, Anthony Melton; and his father, Paul Melton.
He has eleven grandchildren with whom he was very proud, Zachery Farrell, Ashlee Farrell, Jeremy Farrell, Cindy Melton, Andrea Melton, Mallory Melton, Stan Melton, Daisy Melton, Kenzleigh Melton, Clover Melton and Joshua Melton and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Blair E. Batson Hospital in Terry’s memory.
