Theresa Sistrunk

Mrs. Theresa Sistrunk age 61 and a resident of Forest, died on June 19, 2014 at her residence after an extended illness.
There will be a visitation on Saturday, June 21, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at the Ott & Lee Chapel in Forest and burial will follow in the Covenant Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Warren will officiate.
Mrs. Sistrunk was the daughter of Fred Parker, Sr. and Eula Maybry Parker. She was born on March 6, 1953 in Meridian but spent most of her life in Scott County. Mrs. Sistrunk was a graduate cosmetologist and was a member of the Covenant Baptist Church.
The family includes her husband, Robert Sistrunk, her children, Missy May,Billy Pat Russell, Deana Perkins and Christon Bounds. She is also survived by three brothers, Fred Riley Parker,Jr., David Parker and Douglas Parker. There are 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be David Puttman, Todd Pinter, Cody Pinter, Chris James, Eric Miley and Roland Reid, Jr.
Ott & Lee of Forest is in charge of arrangements.
