Thomas Dee Brooks, 51, passed away Thurs. Aug. 4, 2016 at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Sat. Aug. 6, 2016 from 11am-1pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Graveside Services are 2pm on Sat. Aug. 6, 2016 at the Jessamine Cemetery in Ridgeland, MS.
Mr. Brooks was born in El Paso, TX, graduated from Pearl High School in Pearl, MS and has been a longtime resident of Ridgeland, MS. He was a member of the River Of Life Assembly of God Church in Brandon, MS. Mr. Brooks was a very hard worker and loved helping the homeless, needy, and prisoners. He enjoyed being outdoors fishing and hunting but most of all he loved his family and will be greatly missed.
Mr. Brooks is survived by his wife, Vicky Brooks; three children, Heather Green (Richard), Jeremy Daniel Pearson and Elizabeth Pearson (Jason Caraway); sister, Timberly Dukes; 11 grandchildren, Sabrina, Robert and Cody Green, Christian, Addyson and Tommy Pearson, Alexis and Ashland Watts, Trinity, Jayden and Presley Caraway and one great grandchild, Leia Barthel. He is preceded in death by a grandson, Jeremy Daniel Pearson Jr.
