Visitation will be at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon on Monday at 4:30 until 8pm. Funeral services will be held at 11am Tuesday in the chapel of the funeral home with interment in Brandon Memorial Gardens. Rev. Steve Wilson and Rev. Jimmy Wood will officiate. Tom was born on March 16, 1932, in Ward, WV, to Albia Duffy and Gladys Richardson (Elijah) who preceded him in death. Tom lived and worked in several different places, which includes working in coal mines in WV, Chrysler in IN and plumbing in SC and TX. After moving to Brandon in the 1980’s, he started his own business, Jiffy Plumbing. He was in the Army during the Korean Conflict and served in Germany and France. He was an active member of Meadow Grove Baptist Church and enjoyed serving on the Social Committee. He, also, enjoyed playing the guitar and singing the older country songs. Tom is survived by his wife, Mavis Norsworthy Duffy, and his three sons, Terry Duffy, FL, Tim (Irene), MD, and Jeff (Dawn), OH; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by his in-laws, Ophelia (Sonny) Shelton, Tommy (Shirley) Norsworthy, Betty (George) Felts, Larry (Linda) Norsworthy and Steve (Sandy) Norsworthy.In Lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Meadow Grove Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O.
