Tim “Peanut” McLemore, 51, a resident of Morton died Friday,
September 20, 2013 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. Funeral services
will be held 2 pm Sunday, September 22, 2013 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton
with burial in the Groveton Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-9 pm
Saturday, September 21, 2013 at the funeral home. Rev. Ricky Watkins will officiate
the services. Ott and Lee Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
Mr. McLemore was a native of Tarrant Co. Texas but lived
most of his life in Morton, MS. He was the son of Clyde and Dorothy Denson
McLemore. He was married to Lisa Henry
McLemore. He worked with Dynamic Environmental based in Texas. He was an avid racing
fan and enjoyed watching the late Dale Earnhart. He loved the outdoors hunting,
fishing and just being in the great outdoors. He loved to hear the rumbling of
his Harley Davidson motorcycle and riding with friends. Mr. McLemore was a fun
person to be around for a good time. He loved his family very much and spending
time with them brought great joy to his life. He will be greatly missed by all
who loved and knew him.
Mr. McLemore is survived by his wife, Lisa Henry McLemore of
Morton; son, Chase McLemore of McKinney,TX, step son, Michael Cates of Morton, step
daughters, Tabatha Wilson and Ruby Wilson both of Morton; parents, Clyde and Dorothy McLemore of Morton; sister, Kim “Phillip”
Stamper of Morton; granddaughter, Emily Fay McLemore; step grandchildren,
Harlee Cates, Hannah Cates, Brayden Smith, Tyler Smith, Cain Smith and Carter
Lockley; nephew, Casey Stamper; and a host of friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chad Fullilove, Jonathan Parker,
Joe McKay, David Yount, Michael Cates and Charlie Henry.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be all of his Dynamic Environmental
Family.
