Tommy Jack Shoemaker

Funeral services for Mr. Tommy Jack Shoemaker will be conducted at 2 pm on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Andy Boles officiating. Interment will follow in the Clifton Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.
Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Tommy Jack Shoemaker was born August 3, 1962 in Scott County and passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016 at the Lackey Memorial Hospital at the age of 54.
He loved spending time with his family. He was a simple man, enjoying family get togethers and had a strong love for “old time” country music. He was a Baptist by faith.
He is preceded in death by his father: Wayne Shoemaker.
Survivors include his wife: Barbara Shoemaker of Forest; three children: Anastasia Shoemaker, Tommy Jack “T.J.” Shoemaker, II, and Brantley Shoemaker, all of Forest; his mother: Bobbie Shoemaker of Forest; two brothers: Billy Wayne Shoemaker and Larry (Darla) Shoemaker, both of Forest; nine grandchildren; four nephews: Dwayne Shoemaker, Joshua Shoemaker, Tyler Shoemaker, and Hayden Shoemaker; and three step children: Danielle Rodarte, Joshua Eide, and Amber Eide, all of Forest.
