Tristan Gene Byrd, “T-Byrd”, 19, joined his Heavenly Father on April 26, 2016. A visitation will be held 5 – 8pm on Friday, April 29, 2016, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral services will be 3pm Saturday in the Chapel of the funeral home.
Tristan graduated from Brandon High School and was a freshman at the University of Mississippi. He loved attending Ole Miss where he was majoring in Sports Medicine and recently changed his major to Business Marketing. He was very athletic, loved playing soccer and enjoyed working out at the gym.
Survivors include his parents, Travis and Charlotte J. Byrd; Chassity Dickson; grandmother, Oma Landrum; grandparents, Darrell and Rose McCollum; uncles and aunts, Michael & Rachel McCollum, Scott and Adrienne Byrd, Katie and Chris Warner, Glynn and Connie Breaud, David Jones, Donald and Melanie Stovall, Jamie Stovall, Chuck and Amanda Matthews and Chris and Cindy Hart; and a host of cousins, whom he dearly loved.
