Truitt Sullivan

Mr. Truitt Sullivan, age 74, a resident of Morton passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Ms. Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation was held 5-8pm Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton. Funeral service was held 1pm Wednesday, September 24, 2014 in Ott & Lee Chapel in Morton with burial at Clifton Baptist Cemetery. Bro. Art Kinstley officiated the services. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton. Mr. Sullivan was born June 21, 1940 in Scott County. He loved to be outdoors fishing and hunting. Truitt loved to cook for his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents, Chesley Glynn Sullivan and Lillian Vonceil Calhoun Sullivan; brother, Gerald Sullivan; aunt & uncle, Lloyd and Loye Sullivan. He is survived by his wife, Faye Sullivan of Morton; daughter, Glenda Sullivan; step daughter, Tammy McCaughn of Morton and a host of friends. Pallbearers were Eddie Peterson, Mike Tisdale, Keith Clark, Terrell Harvey, Larry Waggoner, Rickey Derrick, Dale Johnson and Victor Johnson. Memorials may be made in his honor to Clifton Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
