Virginia Proctor

Virginia A. Proctor, 93, went to be with her heavenly Father on Saturday, November 6, 2010 in Clinton, MS. Visitation is today, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS from 2 – 4 pm. Graveside Services are 11 am Monday, November 8, 2010 at Hermanville Cemetery in Hermanville, MS. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Proctor was a native of Seneca Oklahoma. She had been a resident of the Jackson area since 1979. She had owned an Antique business for 20 years. She was very family oriented and loved to do for her family. She was a United Methodist and loved her Bible and memorized many verses. She loved doing puzzles and her “hands were always busy”.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. William L. Proctor; her daughter, Brenda Irene Kelly; and her granddaughter, Scotti Mooney.
Survivors include her children, Susan Arena of Brandon, MS; Scott Proctor of Covington, Louisiana, Dallas Cowart of Brandon, MS, and Jill Callender of Florence, MS; one sister, Billie Boman of Joplin, MO; ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchilddren.
