Wiley Manning

Wiley Hugh Manning, age 72, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. A visitation will be held Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.

Mr. Manning was born January 22, 1950, in Brandon, MS to Eddie Nathaniel Manning and Nelda Ellen Grissom Manning. He was married to Melba Manning. Mr. Manning was in the auto parts industry and delivered auto parts many years before retiring. He was a member of Oak Dale Baptist Church in Brandon, MS. He enjoyed different types of hobbies including fishing, BB Guns and all kinds of trinkets. He loved his family very much and will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Mr. Manning was preceded in death by his wife, Melba Manning; daughters, Martha and Jody Lynn; sister, Nancy Ellen Manning, and brother, Johnnie Lee Manning.

Mr. Manning is survived by his siblings, James L. Manning (Sue), Eddie Thomas Manning (Rosie), Richard Manning, Pamela Ray Carty (Robert); Alice Kay Stewart (Morris), and Daniel Hardin Manning (Ruby); many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
