William Brian Booker, 55, went to be with his heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at his home in Pearl, MS. Visitation will be Friday, December 29, 2017 from 5 until 8 pm and Saturday, December 30, 2017 beginning at 10 am at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services will begin at 11 am from the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home, Brandon, MS on Saturday, December 30, 2017. Burial will follow in Lakeland Place Garden Park Cemetery in Flowood, MS.
Brian was born on July 5, 1962 in Hattiesburg, MS to the late William Burr and Anne Holberg Booker. He was a graduate of Brandon Academy and attended the University of Southern Mississippi. He worked at Stone Source for over 20 years and was a member of Lakeland Presbyterian Church. He had lived in Pearl for over 20 years and was a former resident of Brandon, MS. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish, and anything outdoors.
Survivors include his wife of almost 30 years, Kathy Booker of Pearl, MS; his children, Christopher Allen Booker (Katherine) of Nashville, TN, Cole Demerest Booker (Jasmine) of Brandon, MS, Jason Clay Cook of Pearl, MS, and Jennifer Bree Cochran (Ryan) of Slidell, LA; two sisters, Claire Booker South (Lannie) of Frisco, TX and Allison Booker Yelverton (Jimmy) of Demopolis, AL; and ten grandchildren, Coleigh Hollingsworth, Tristen Cook, Jordan Luker (Tyler), Calen Cook, Abby Cook, Ella Booker, Jackson Booker, Oliver Cochran, Gracie Booker, and Julie-Ann Booker; and two great-grandchildren, Haven Hollingsworth and Rian Hollingsworth.
