William Husband

Mr. Troy Husband, age 100, a resident of the Pineville
community, died on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Crossgates River Oaks Hospital
in Brandon.

Services for Mr. Husband were held on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at
2 p.m. from the Ott & Lee Funeral Chapel in Forest with interment in
Carr Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Mitchell and Rev. Don Harrison officiated.


Mr. Husband was a retired farmer having been in the poultry
and agriculture business for many years. One of his many joys was growing a
variety of vegetables in his garden sharing them with his friends and family.
He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him. He was a long time
member of the Cedar Grove Methodist Church.



Mr. Husband was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Eva
Roberts Husband and by his first born son, Rex Troy Husband.



His survivors include
3 daughters, Charlotte Webb (Martin), Charlene LaPrairie (James) and Kathleen
Moore (Gerald). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Pam Webb Wharton,
Rodney Moore, Greta Beatty and Rhonda LaPrairie. He also leaves behind a legacy
of 5 great grandchildren; Leah Beatty, Hannah Beatty, Madeline Price, Allie
Moore and Clayton Moore.

Ott & Lee Funeral Home of Forest was in charge of
arrangements.
