SERVICES: 2 PM MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, AT UNION BAPTIST CHURCH WITH VISITATION STARTING AT 1 PM
BURIAL: UNION BAPTIST CEMETERY
William Decovin Means, 68, passed away Friday, September 17, 2010, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be 2 pm until 5 pm Sunday at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Services will be 2 pm Monday, September 20, 2010 at Union Baptist Church out of Puckett with visitation starting a 1 pm prior at the church. Burial will be in Union Baptist Cemetery.
Mr. Means was a member of McLaurin Heights Baptist Church in Pearl. He loved his family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was employed at Home Depot in Brandon.
His parents, Thomas L. Means and Laurene Graves Means and a brother, John Means preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Lee Means; son, Billy Means and wife, Roxane; daughter, Donna Moore and husband, Cliff; grandchildren, Matthew Winstead, Ashley Moore, Savannah Moore, Logan Moore, Zachary Moore, Thomas Means and Leah Means; sister, June Everett; brothers, Dan and wife, Nell, Robert and wife, Lynda, Stanley and wife, Hilda and Ronnie and wife, Peggy.
Memorials may be contributed to McLaurin Heights Baptist Church.
