William E. Neal, 60, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at the V. A. Medical Center in Jackson. Services are scheduled for 1 pm Monday, October 3, 2011 at Harvest Assembly of God Church in Oak Grove, LA. Visitation is 11-1 pm at the church. Rev. Archie Haley is officiating.
Mr. Neal was a native of Oak Grove, LA and a resident of Vicksburg for the past 15 years. He was Pentecostal and was a Vietnam Army Veteran. Mr. Neal retired as a heavy equipment operator.
Survivors include his wife, Sherrellene Lowe Neal; daughters, Sharon Felts, Myra Michelle Neal, Holly Rochelle Neal and Katrina Lachaun Allen ; sons, Timothy Earl Turnbow and Kevin Ray Turnbow; sister, Brooksy Latham; brothers, Howard Neal, Hubert H. Neal and John Charles Neal; 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
