Mr. William “Bill” Henning Loftin, Jr., age 73 of Brandon, passed away on Monday, November 9, 2020 at his home.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 3:00pm from Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm and continue until service time.
He was born in Shreveport, LA on February 3, 1947 to the late William Henning Loftin, Sr. and Lilly Mae Davis Loftin.
Bill and Inka owned and operated P.Silkotch Dinnerware for 22 years which began in the garage at home and grew from there. He loved New Orleans, traveling, exploring, going to the casino, playing Cribbage, and LSU.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Inka Loftin; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle Steele and Marcus T. Butler; son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Marsha Loftin, III; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Reggie Oswalt; son and daughter-in-law, David Michael and Jennifer Loftin; son and daughter-in-law, Chance and April Conerly; grandchildren, Ashley Marie Loftin, Emily and Anthony DeBose, Leah Jones, Chasity Nicole Steele, Thomas W. and Sara Steele, III, Jacob Conerly, Kayla Conerly, Trent Douglas Oswalt, Trevor Lee Oswalt, Tori Lynn Oswalt, Anastasia Conerly, Gabriel Conerly and Alexis Loftin McGinnis ; great-grandchildren, Allie Radar, Regan Rader, Justin Radar, Haley Nicole Steele, Ariyah Rayne Steele, Haven Conerly, Riley Marie Oswalt and Kannon Ryan McGinnis ; sister, Wanda Madden; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Walter and Lynn Salkovic; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a fantastic brother. He is truly loved and will be dearly missed.
