Brandon
Winnie Robbins Muse, 84, joined her Heavenly Father on February 28, 2011. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon from 5 pm until 7 pm and on Wednesday starting at 12 noon. Services are 2 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl. Winnie was a resident of Brandon formerly of Jackson, and a member of Crossgates Baptist Church. She had a special love of the outdoors especially flowers and gardening. She loved to dance and entertain the residents of local nursing homes in the area. She had a zest for life and had many friends she loved dearly.
The Muse family would like to give a special thanks to her doctors and their staffs for their care and friendship during her lengthy illness. Her husband, Kenneth E. Muse, Sr. and daughters, Patsy Carol Muse and Laura Muse Hutchins preceded her in death.
Mrs. Muse is survived by her children, Sarah (Jim) Chancellor, Edie Muse, Janet (Armand) Lombardo, Kenny (Linda) Muse and Loren Muse; sisters, Minnie Malloy and Fannie Mae Uli and 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
