Debbie Howard, age 63, a resident of Pelahatchie passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  Her visitation will be held 5-8pm Friday, July 26, 2019 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.  Services will be held 1pm Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Ott & Lee Chapel in Morton with burial in North Morton Baptist Cemetery.  Bro. Gary Wyatt and Bro. Joshua Smith will officiate the services.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.

Mrs. Howard was born in Mochwari, Germany on April 29, 1956.  Debbie loved making ceramics, sewing and making quilts.  She loved the Lord and her church, North Morton Baptist Church in Morton.  Her 10 grandchildren were her heart and she will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ralph Bailey Holt.

She is survived by her husband, Clay Howard of Pelahatchie; mother, Annie Holt; children, Matthew Howard (Jenny) of Florence, Kristopher Howard (Brindy) of Braxton and Jessica Howard of Sylvarena; sister, Brenda Miranda (Jim) of Brandon; brother, Mike Holt (Renee) of Pearl; 10 grandchildren, Leigh, Colt, Randi, Levi & Mckenna Howard; Mason, Logan, Kip & Laney Ingram and Jonsee Adcox; and a host of friends.
