Mary Allean Errington Chalk, 73, passed away Mon. Oct. 27, 2014 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Magee, MS. Visitation will be held from 5pm-8pm on Thurs. Oct. 30, 2014 and on Fri. Oct. 31, 2014 from 10am-10:45am at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 11am on Fri. Oct. 31, 2014 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial to follow in the Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS.
Mrs. Chalk was born in Jackson, MS and has been a resident of Brandon, MS for 40 years. She was a people person who loved the Lord and shared his word with everyone she knew. Mrs. Chalk was a member of the River of Life Church in Brandon, MS. and she also retired as a medical coder from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
Mrs. Chalk is survived by her three sons, Brian Chalk (Erin), Barry Chalk (Shelia), and Tracy Chalk; three grandchildren, Justin Chalk, Victoria Chalk, and Christopher Chalk; her brother, Don Errington; two sisters-in-law, Jean Chalk and Ruth Chalk; her uncle, Vernon Errington and a host of nieces and nephews.
