Robert Earl Wilkerson, age 39 a resident of Walnut Grove died Sunday August 17, 2014 following a brief illness.
Graveside services will be held at 10am Thursday August 28, 2014 form the Old Zion Church of God (Bush Arbor) Cemetery near Sebastopol. Rev. Larry Duncan will officiate. No visitation will be held.
Mr. Wilkerson was born in Union, MS on January 7, 1975 to Earl Douglas Wilkerson and Brenda Jolly Wilkerson. He was a Baptist, and had been a self-employed truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his father, two brothers: Jerry D. Wilkerson and Terry L. Wilkerson.
Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Jones Wilkerson, his mother; Brenda Kyzar and step-father W.J. Kyzar all of Walnut Grove.
Other survivors include 2 sisters: Cynthia Bell of Philadelphia, MS Melissa Davis of Forest and a brother James Wilkerson of Walnut Grove, several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are James Wilkerson, Joshua Wilkerson, Robert Bell, Randy Rogers, Michael Watkins and Joe Jones. Honorary pallbearers are Brandon Rogers, Shannon Norwood and Terry Townsend.
